Michal has focused his entire career on delivery and project management. He is not only an experienced project manager, but also a mentor and PRINCE2 trainer. Since 2022, he has been a member of the BIQ Group’s technology management team, which he joined after previous experience in consulting and various positions in international environments. His goal is to advance the growing group in complexity and quality of delivery for clients. In particular, by focusing on projects across the group, as quality project management is fundamental in the development of complex technology solutions.
In his free time, Michal is devoted to his family, good food and sports. He is the president of the Chamber of Project Managers.

SAP Cloud: a practical approach to implementation using the SAP Activate methodology
Are you in a company that runs a SAP solution or planning to deploy one? Then you already know that one of the key trends in SAP is and in the coming years will be moving to the cloud. In the presentation you will learn not only what is ahead, but especially how to manage such SAP Cloud implementation. We will focus on the key challenges of large projects and how to manage them using the SAP Activate methodology. At the end of the lecture we will go through real experiences from one of the first SAP Cloud implementations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
