In the presentation you will learn not only what is ahead, but especially how to manage such SAP Cloud implementation. We will focus on the key challenges of large projects and how to manage them using the SAP Activate methodology. At the end of the lecture we will go through real experiences from one of the first SAP Cloud implementations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
