This week I will share with you my experience with transforming a company. I was lucky enough to work with teams that were tasked to reorganize and turn a good company into a world leader and to turn outsiders into potential winners.
Do you want to know how these situations are different for a leader and what they have in common? Come and hear it for yourself. I look forward to seeing you.
