Anotace

How do you ‘behave’ when using agile on a PRINCE2 project?

PRINCE2 is a generic project management approach, but when using it in an agile context, there are certain behaviours that need to happen, in order to help it flourish.
This session will look at:
• the five key behaviours of PRINCE2 Agile
• why they are important?
• who needs to ensure that they are happening?
• the risks involved when the behaviours aren’t happening

If you would like to hear about PRINCE2 Agile in general and the softer, behavioural side of PRINCE2 Agile specifically, then why not attend this session – you may be surprised by some of what you hear!
