• A cancellation fee of 10% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received more than 60 days before the conference.
• A cancellation fee of 30% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 59 to 31 days before the conference.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 30 to 15 days before the conference.
• A cancellation fee of 100% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received 14 days and less before the conference.
