Lenka Pincot is a global executive leader focused on organizational transformations and strategic change. In her roles, she leads the development of organizational agility, the building of high-performing team cultures, and the alignment of business and IT strategies. Her expertise stands out in shaping strategic transformation visions, managing complex change, creating customer value, and coaching teams. Throughout her career, she has gained experience across a variety of industries at the global level.
Lenka holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering, and she has earned several international certifications in digital transformation, project management, and agile methodologies.
Lenka serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at the Project Management Institute (PMI), is a board member of the global organization Agile Alliance, lectures on transformations in the EMBA program at the Vienna University, and is an active mentor supporting the professional growth of women.
Vlasta has been working in project management for more than twenty years. He has gained experience in project and portfolio management in IT and telecommunications, project management consulting and portfolio management in companies from industries such as telecommunications, banking, automotive and public administration.
He graduated in Technical Cybernetics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Brno University of Technology and in Economics and Industrial Management at the Faculty of Business, Brno University of Technology. He is interested in innovation and new technologies. He is a certified project manager (PMP) and president of the Czech Chamber of PMI.
