Petr brings over 30 years of professional experience. He has worked in the automotive industry, manufacturing, public sector, and FMCG. His past and current clients include Asahi, Aures Holdings, BMW, Budvar, CE Industries, ColtCZ, Emco, HOPI, Porsche CEE, Škoda Auto, T-Mobile, and Toyota. Petr has led more than 100 consulting projects across Central and Eastern Europe.

Since 2006, he has been a certified PMP and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School. In his practice, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation skills and neuroscience-based approaches. He actively mentors senior leaders and invests in startups. He is also a co-founder and active member of knowdroids.ai SE, a company developing and implementing B2B AI agents.

Most recently, he authored the PACE for Organizations methodology – a comprehensive approach to post-bureaucratic management that helps companies transition from traditional hierarchies to autonomous, self-managed teams.
