Twenty years ago, I started out as a Java developer and soon realized that the key to successful projects lies not only in writing quality code but above all in the way we work and collaborate. This idea led to the creation of one of the first teams of agile coaches in the region and later to the founding of our company, RainFellows. We have gone through a journey ranging from agile transformations in various companies (from corporations such as Česká spořitelna and T-Mobile to technology leaders like Rohlík.cz) to investing in startups and developing our own products.
Today, we are facing another revolution – AI. Just like agility once did, AI is changing the rules of the game. My passion is exploring how these new tools can be used to eliminate boring routines so that we have more time for what truly matters – focusing on creativity, strategy, and people development.

We have always dreamed about how much more we could accomplish if our day were twice as long. That time has come. Artificial intelligence is evolving at an unprecedented pace: while just three years ago it couldn’t solve a simple math problem, today it tackles mathematical challenges that have puzzled experts for decades.
For us as leaders, this represents an opportunity to radically increase our capacity and efficiency. In this interactive workshop, we will focus on how AI and automation can save time and energy for managers, agile coaches, and ScrumMasters. After an opening inspiration from RainFellows, we will share practical tools and use cases that truly work and help us lead ourselves and our teams more effectively.
