Throughout his whole career Michal has worked in professional and managerial positions in the field of IT systems implementation, project management, process and business consulting, mostly for international companies or Czech companies with a significant share of foreign activities.
He has managed a number of domestic and international projects in utilities, telecommunications, services, etc.
He currently works for Veolia as Chief Digital Officer for Central and Eastern Europe. He is also a lecturer in project management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia. He is a certified IPMA Senior Project Manager (Level B), IPMA assessor and has served as a committee member of the IPMA.
Vojtech Vesely is the co-founder and COO of MEBSTER (since 2018), a MedTech company pioneering innovative mobility solutions such as the UNILEXA passive exoskeleton. He has been a Board Member of IPMA Czech Republic since 2022, with a mandate continuing through 2028, reflecting his strong commitment to advancing project management excellence.
Vojtech has been leading product development, quality assurance, and global expansion strategies in the medical device field. With 15 years of experience directing development teams in both automotive and MedTech industries, he combines a strong technical foundation with proven leadership skills and strategic vision.
He holds an IPMA Level C certification and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, bringing recognized expertise in managing complex, regulated projects. With a solid background in mechanical engineering, applied physics, and project management, Vojtech is passionate about transforming cutting-edge technologies into human-centered solutions. His career spans R&D, manufacturing, and senior leadership roles, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and usability.
Workshop Format
The workshop limit is 30 participants, these participants will work in two simultaneous sessions of 15 people. Sessions participants work on the same activities in parallel and independently, two speakers will facilitate both parallel sessions. At the end of the workshop, the both groups will come together for a final debriefing.
