Hana Součková
Managing Director, SAP Czech Republic
Hana Součková is one of the most prominent figures in the Czech technology business. Since 2018, she has been the Managing Director of SAP Czech Republic, where she is responsible for services for more than 1,400 corporate customers. She began her career at SAP in 2014 as the Director of Business Support for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and gradually rose to the top executive position.
Under her leadership, SAP Czech Republic has become a leader in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and artificial intelligence. Součková is known for her strong focus on innovation, close collaboration with tech startups, and support for diversity in the IT sector. She actively participates in initiatives supporting women in technology, such as Czechitas and Femme Palette, and serves as a board member of the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
She studied Economics and Construction Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague and holds CIMA-A and CIMA-B professional certifications in marketing. She is considered one of the most influential women in the Czech tech scene and has been consistently ranked in Forbes’ list of the Most Influential Women in the Czech Republic.

In my lecture, I will share the perspective of a CEO with 25 years of experience in IT and hundreds of hours spent on transformation projects. I will highlight three key ingredients of successful transformation – the role of innovation, the human factor, and the ability to separate noise from real priorities. As Sheryl Sandberg says: “The hardest thing is to focus on what really matters and filter out everything else.” Mastering this art is crucial for every CEO today.
I want to share my view on how project managers and change managers can evolve into strategic partners in a world where market dynamics are shifting faster than ever before.
At the same time, I want to show you my dual role: not only as a leader, but also as a representative of SAP, which brings concrete tools to support these changes. I will demonstrate how SAP, as a market leader, helps companies navigate transformations and which tools can help you succeed.
