Nowhere else will you meet such a large group of PMO leaders, for whom this year’s conference features a specially tailored program.
The first day kicks off with a trio of experienced PMO practitioners — Michal Korf, Petr Lev, and Martin Slažanský — who, during a 2-hour interactive workshop in the Birds of a Feather format, will work with the entire group of PMO leaders to create a list of practical steps for developing a PMO based on its current level of maturity.
They will be followed by a returning favorite, Bruno Mrogante, who will deliver a keynote celebrating what it truly means to be a great PMO leader.
The second day features a must-see session by Obi Omoregie, who will share how his PMO approaches change management in the construction of the largest nuclear power plant on the Arabian Peninsula.
The entire packed PMO program will conclude with Dawid Świątkiewicz, who will present how he aligned his PMO with organizational values, strengthening both its strategic focus and cultural cohesion.
