Petr has been a senior consultant at Symphera for many years and he has devoted his entire professional career to project management and agility. Recently, he has been focusing on PMO setup and development, mentoring project managers, agile transformations and also training in project management and agility. Apart from that, Peter is now the director of the charity teambuilding project Agile Race and as the founder and honorary chairman of the Project Management Student Club, he covers the area of collaboration and partnerships with universities at Symphera.
Nowhere else will you meet such a large group of PMO leaders, for whom a specially tailored program has been prepared at this year’s conference.
The first day will kick off with a trio of PMO practitioners (Michal Korf, Petr Lev, and Martin Slažanský), who, during a 2-hour interactive Bird of Feathers workshop, will work together with the entire group of PMO leaders to create a list of concrete steps on how to develop a PMO based on the current maturity level of their organizations.
They will be followed by Dawid Świątkiewicz, who will showcase how he aligned his PMO with the organization’s values, thereby strengthening both its strategic and cultural cohesion.
On the second day, no one should miss Obi Omoregie’s talk, in which he will present how his PMO approaches change management in the construction of the largest nuclear power plant on the Arabian Peninsula.
