CEO of Silfra Consulting, partner of Prosci Global Affiliate Network. An expert in Change Management and Project Management, with focus on digital& AI transformation, based in Warsaw, Poland. Krzysztof has 25 years of experience in implementing organizational, process, and digital changes, as well as business transformations for major companies in Poland, Europe (especially CEE) and USA. His experience spans industries such as GBS/ SSC, finance, IT, energy, telecommunications, logistics, pharma, construction, and FMCG. In these businesses, he leads implementation projects for international companies. He is also Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor in Change Management and conducts training sessions, workshops, and delivers public speaking engagements across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
 
Krzysztof is also a co-founder of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a global organization bringing together change management practitioners. He was a founding member of the Project Management Institute, Poland Chapter. He has been a lecturer at postgraduate and MBA programs, on strategy implementation, project and change management.
