Jindřich Chromý is the founder and CEO of AddAI, where he transforms his passion for artificial intelligence into concrete solutions for companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. What began as a project of the virtual assistant EMA at ING gradually evolved into his life mission – to create intelligent assistants that change the way people and businesses interact with technology.

His career journey spans from hospitality and organizing equestrian competitions, through business development in banking, to leading agile teams of AI developers. This diverse experience has given him a unique ability to connect business, technology, and a human approach.

At AddAI, he oversees product development, business strategy, and company growth. His signature is evident in the emphasis on innovation, detail, and high-quality results.

Outside the world of technology, Jindřich finds balance in nature and among horses – he considers his own horse, Saf, a life companion. He also enjoys music and cooking, which, just like working with AI, provide him with space for creativity, precision, and patience.

Jindřich is a visionary, a dreamer, and a leader who demonstrates that the combination of passion, perseverance, and technological vision can turn dreams into reality.
