Back in time, Samir headed to France with a Software Engineering Degree and an entrepreneurial mindset where he founded two companies. One of them was groundbreaking at that time by providing online hotel booking solutions.
Then he moved to Canada and founded SABBEL Conseils, a consultancy company specialized in Web Solutions development and design. He helped design and develop SaaS solutions for many clients in the Great Montreal Area among which Transat, SITA, C2 Entreprise, CN and many others.
He deepened his soft skills in accordance with Agile, Lean StartUp and Martial Arts principles. He had his very significant experience combining his technical background with his soft skills in leading people in a fast changing technology world.
Beside all that, Samir writes articles about his passion, still programming and whenever he has time, undust his guitars to spend time composing and jamming with friends.
Many studies and experiments have been conducted within companies in order to find the recipe for a great and sustainable development team, starting from recruiting to establishing a solid, confident, productive and innovative team.
